How To Send A Secure Email
Please note the potential security risks of transmitting “protected health information” (PHI) via a regular email. Do not send PHI such as date of birth, social security number, or medical information by email.
The risk of your message being intercepted during transmission or read by a third party can be reduced by using a secure and encrypted email.
Google or Yahoo emails are NOT secure or encrypted emails.
Our office uses HIPAA compliant secure email service, Sendinc, to communicate with patients and their parents.
There are different secure email services you may find online. One way to send us a message by email is to create a free Sendinc account using the link below. https://docs.sendinc.com/docs/getting-started
Our email address is [email protected]
If you receive an email from us via Sendic for the first time, please click on the “View Secure Message” and create a password for Sendinc email before reading and replying to the email.
You will be able to communicate with us using the secure encrypted email once you set up an account with Sendinc.
